The Organisation

The Emergency Planning College is the leading provider of training for emergency preparedness, attracting delegates with responsibility for preventing, planning for, responding to or recovering from a major incident.

It is the only permanent national forum for representatives of local and Central Government, the emergency services, the private sector and volunteer groups to network and share good practice.

A feature of College events is high–quality speakers. Each year over 500 external practising experts give presentations on College events, from a variety of organisations, a selection of which include:

By drawing from the experience of those in the field we are enable to provide delegates with a unique insight into ‘what actually happened’.

The programmes we offer are continually assessed, ensuring delegates are up–to–date with the latest initiatives and thinking in the field, which they can then transfer to there own organisation.
