Interactive Guide to Connected Government

What is the IGCG?

The Interactive Guide to Connected Government (IGCG) is a key part of our ongoing commitment to expand and explain our solutions and services to all of our audiences. Our customers are the most important part of our business and this 'system' of communication reflects our determination to talk directly to you in the most efficient and effective way that we can. Please use the link below to view the Flash version of the IGCG. If you are unable to view Flash, please email us at the EDT mailbox address and we can send you a copy of the IGCG on disk. The contents of the IGCG can be viewed in the word version also available below.

The 'Journey' metaphor

Within the IGCG we use a simple 'journey' metaphor to explain our products, services and solutions. We have placed all of the things we do and the way that we do them in one simple and easy to access guide.

We have taken a lot of time to understand the best means of communicating our constant development as a department. We will be updating and adding to the depth and extent of the content available as this work continues. We hope you find this format useful and of course we would like to receive any ideas or feedback for its improvement.

The following pages highlight some of the key events which take place along each journey.
