eAccessibility of public sector services in the European Union

Logos of the six organisations making up the European Public Administration network

The European Public Administration network (EPAN) currently chaired by the UK as part of the UK’s Presidency of the European Council, strives to improve both the internal workings of public administrations and the quality of public service delivery through informal cooperation and collaboration across EU Member States and European institutions. We are grateful to the members of the EPAN e-Government Working Group for their cooperation and advice in the production of this report

The work of the project has been carried out by a partnership led by the RNIB and comprising AbilityNet, Dublin City University and Socitm Insight supported by the RNID.
