The CIO council asked the Strategic Supplier Board to develop a possible PSN solution, addressing both the technical and governance aspects. This document is the result of that industry groups deliberations – it represents a view of how the PSN can operate and will form the basis of the next stage of more detailed design work. Readers should be aware that this approach is not yet the fully endorsed PSN solution and all aspects are candidates for change.
