To help organisations improve their customer service and to help them decide when the time is right to make an application for Charter Mark we have designed a free web-based self-assessment toolkit.
The first part, Charter Mark 'The Essence' is an ideal introduction if you are new to the scheme. The second part, the 'Full Criteria' gives applicants the chance to carry out their own full self-assessment before submitting their formal application.
The package will also be useful for measuring strengths and areas for improvement. Written feedback will be given and organisations will be able to revisit their assessments to record improvements made as a result of that information.
