Save the Children and the Cabinet Office have been working in partnership to support organisations looking at how they consult with children and young people, particularly those aiming to achieve the Charter Mark standard.
A guide which aims to help organisations improve the way in which children and young people's needs are taken into account in service design and delivery has been developed. The guide aims to help organisations using the Charter Mark criteria to focus on children and young people as service users, and includes practical ideas on how to make this happen.
