Below are guidelines and original artwork for the Customer Service Excellence logo. You may notice that this version features some subtle changes such as a revised strap-line.
The Customer Service Excellence Logo should only be used by organisations that currently hold the award.
To add a Customer Service Excellence logo to your website you must link to the Charter Mark website from the logo, using the following code:

To download, right-click on the version you want and select 'save target as' (Internet Explorer) or 'save link as' (Netscape) and select a location to save it to.
Download samples are provided for your convenience, so that you may check quality & compatibility.
Internet Explorer users - a bug in IE causes the 3 letter extension (.eps) to change to (.ps) when you try to save the EPS file. You will need to change it back to (.eps) in order to use the samples.
