As a result of HM Revenue and Customs' decision to close the Public Sector Benchmarking Service (PSBS) the Good Practice Database is no longer available.

We are looking to use good practice examples for the new standard for customer service on our website, which will be launched later this year. As a result we would be happy to receive examples of good practice in public services. Please forward any examples you have to the Cabinet Office Team.
