The Cabinet Office has a number of staff networks whose main aims are to raise the awareness of diversity issues throughout the Department, provide a support network to staff and proactively contribute to the development of Cabinet Office's policies and procedures.
Carer's Network – actively raising the profile and working to improve the work life balance of those juggling professional and domestic caring responsibilities
Cabinet Office Black and Asian Network – bringing together the voices of black and Asian employees within the Cabinet Office to work together to ensure a Department free from any form of racism
DisCO – working with the Cabinet Office to ensure that it is a workplace which promotes disability equality and is free of discrimination for staff who have a disability.
Rainbow – representing lesbian, gay and bisexual staff working in the Cabinet Office. Focussing on raising the visibility of LGB issues, supporting a workpace free of discrimination, and removing the barriers to equality in employment rights
Women's Network – providing opportunities for women working in the Department to make new contacts, renew existing ones and to contribute feedback to the Department on diversity issues.
Cabinet Office Christian Network – supporting faith issues in the workplace and providing a networking forum for Christian members of staff. Is also responsible for organising the annual Civil Service Carol Service
