Under the Department's commitment ‘Positive about Disabled People’, if you consider yourself as having a disability and you meet the minimum criteria for any post you will get an automatic interview.
The minimum criteria means the essential competences as set out in the person specification and advertisement for the post.
To apply for a post under the Guaranteed Interview Scheme, you need to fill in the declaration on the application form and let the advertising manager know if you need any special arrangements.
