Universities’ links with schools in STEM subjects

Professors Julia Goodfellow and John Coyne were asked by the former DIUS Secretary of State, John Denham, to look at how universities could increase STEM uptake and also how they could work with schools to achieve this. The questions the report answers are:

  • What more can universities offer to enhance their impact on STEM for young people?
  • How can universities improve their existing involvement with schools?
