The table uses the spread of employment impacts given by applicants. For each project these impacts will sum to 1 giving a proportional impact. The first column counts all projects that have some level of significant impact (>2%) in the given region. The remaining columns sum proportions directly for a region. This means each project has equal weight in the table and the total of all these contributions gives the number of bids. These figures are subject to change during the review process as bids undergo further scrutiny.
