BIAC Celebrates the OECD's 50th Anniversary

Created a half century ago as a forum in which governments could work together to share experiences and seek solutions to common problems, the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) has emerged as the international organisation championing higher standards – standards of quality and performance in government policy that support our work as businessmen and women and the success of our enterprises.

BIAC has contributed much over the past fifty years towards the OECD’s work promoting open and competitive markets, level playing fields and sound regulation and governance; fighting against protectionism; and enabling businesses to compete and succeed in an increasingly complex global marketplace.

50thPub

On the occasion of the OECD’s 50th anniversary, BIAC is proud to issue a celebratory publication featuring business testimonies to the value of OECD’s work to the business community and to its future role in addressing the issues of globalisation and global economic prosperity.
