Retail - Sector Competitive Analysis

An overview report on the retail sector in the UK, commissioned by BERR and undertaken by the University of Stirling, Institute for retail studies was launched at a BERR seminar on the retail sector on 20 January 2003. Entitled 'Competitive Analysis of the Retail Sector in the UK' the report is based on an analysis of secondary sources and restricted to the UK rather than international comparisons.
