European Directive on re-use and exploitation of Public Sector Information (PSI)

The EU Public Sector Information (PSI) Directive was implemented into UK law on 1 July 2005 via the Re-use of Public Sector Information Regulations 2005. This obliges public sector bodies to meet a minimum set of rules governing how documents held by the public sector can be re-used by commercial and non-commercial organisations.
