Military and WMD End Use Controls

The Export Control Organisation publishes guidance on the end-use control as it applies to the export of items (ie. those not normally controlled) for use with military goods and weapons of mass destruction. 

 

These two sets of  guidance cover
  • the background to the controls;
  • what exporters need to check;
  • the position on the transfer of technology under the Export Control Act 2002;
  • when the end-use control is invoked; and
  • how applications are assessed.
