Amendments to Open General Licences

  1. Further to its notice of 11 November 2009 (NTE200925), following the adoption an EU arms embargo on the Republic of Guinea, the Department of Business, Innovation and Skills has amended a number of Open General Licences. The amended licences will enter into force on 30th November 2009, details are given below:

    Guinea has been added to the list of excluded destinations in the following licences:
