Amendments to Open General Licences

1. Further to its notice of 11 November 2009 (NTE200925), following the adoption an EU arms embargo on the Republic of Guinea, the Department of Business, Innovation and Skills has amended a number of Open General Licences. The amended licences will enter into force on 30th November 2009, details are given below:

    Guinea has been added to the list of excluded destinations in the following licences:

• Open general export licence (technology for military goods) (91KB)
• Open general export licence (export after repair/replacement under warranty: military goods) (72KB)
• Open general export licence (export after exhibition or demonstration: military goods) (58KB)
• Open general export licence (export for repair/replacement under warranty: military goods) (68KB)
• Open general export licence (military goods: for demonstration) (80KB)
• Open general export licence (military surplus vehicles) (48KB)
• Open general export licence (access overseas to software and technology for military goods: individual use only) (60KB)
• Open general export licence (military and dual use goods: UK forces deployed in non-embargoed destinations) (64KB)
• Open general export licence (software and source code for military goods) (109KB)
• Open general transhipment licence (46KB)
• Open general transhipment licence (sporting guns) (37KB)
