Revoking of OGEL (Computers)

  1. The Department for Business, Innovation and Skills will be revoking the Open General Export Licence (Computers). This follows a re-assessment of the current level of cover provided by the licence which, due to changes in control parameters over a number of years, is assessed as minimal. Additionally information from company compliance visits and contact with exporters indicate that the licence is not used.
