Further to Notice to Exporters 2009/02 the new guidance on UK trade controls applicable to the provision of transport for category B goods has now been completed.
This is intended to assist exporters, particularly those in the transport sector, to understand how the changes to export control legislation which come in to effect on 6 April 2009 may impact on their activities.

Important – Please note the new controls do not come in to effect until 6th April. If you are undertaking any activity prior to that date please refer to the current guidance which is still available on our website.
