The amending Order also clarifies that reference to Schedule 1 in the Trade in Goods (Control) Order 2003 and the Trade in Controlled Goods (Embargoed Destinations) Order 2004 are references to that Schedule as amended and updates the 2003 Order so it refers to the most recent amendments to Council Regulation (EC) No. 1334/2000. (See Notice 2008/23)
The UK Strategic Export Control Lists (both the Consolidated and UK Military List versions) will be amended early in 2009 to reflect these changes.
