Amendments made to a number of Open General Licences

 

  1. The Department for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform has made amendments to a number of Open General Licences. Details as follows:

    Following changes made in the international non-proliferation regimes, a number of Open General Export Licences have been amended to update the goods schedule. The opportunity has also been taken to clarify, where appropriate, the provisions for suspending the use of the licence. The amended licences are:

 

The above amendments will enter into force on 2nd January 2009.
