Details of Commission Regulation of 28th January 2008 which replaces previous Annex I

  1. Further to its earlier Notice (ECO/PU11/07) of July 2007, the European Union has adopted a further Regulation amending Council Regulation (EC) No.423/2007 concerning restrictive measures against Iran. Details as follows,

  3. The amending Regulation was adopted on 28th January 2008, entered into force on 10th February 2008 and replaces Annex I to Council Regulation (EC) No.423/2007 with a new Annex I.
