| 28 February 2010 | Two arms dealers - Gideon Sarig and Howard Freckleton - were found guilty at Southwark Crown Court on 8th February 2010 of trading in controlled goods without a licence. | 23 February 2010 | The European Union has imposed further restrictive sanction measures on the Republic of Guinea. The UK has also introduced the Export Control (Guinea) Order 2010 to implement these measures. For more details see Notice to Exporters 2010/07. |
| 5 February 2010 | The European Union has imposed further restrictive sanction measures on Iran. As a result the UK has introduced legislation which implements these new restrictions via a new Order - the Export Control (Iran) (Amendment) Order 2010.
