The UK Government is keen to ensure that migrant workers coming to the UK are aware of their employment rights and responsibilities. Guidance on working in the UK for migrant workers has moved to Directgov.
As well as explaining the basics of working in the UK, Directgov has bilingual leaflets available for Polish and Romanian Nationals that were produced in co-operation with their governments to support workers in the UK. Directgov also has a leaflet to support Bulgarian workers in the UK.
The Polish and Romanian leaflets are also available in hard copy from BERR publications.
