The information below is a current list of persons who have been prohibited from running or being concerned with the running of an employment agency or employment business. The maximum period of a prohibition order made by an Employment Tribunal is 10 years.
Once a person has been prohibited under section 3(a) of the Employment Agencies Act 1973, they cannot run or be concerned with the running of any employment agency or employment business during the period of the prohibition. Any person who is in breach of a prohibition order can be subject to criminal proceedings.
