Export of Goods, Transfer of Technology and Provision of Technical Assistance, (Control) Order 2003

This is a connection to the HMSO website and the text of the Order dealing with the export of goods, the transfer of technology and technical assistance. 

This is the main piece of legislation controlling the export of strategic goods, the transfer of technology and the provision of technical assistance.

The legislation introduces new controls on transfers and technical assistance, whilst consolidating and rationalising previous export controls.

NOTE: Amendments have made to this legislation in the form of small changes to articles and amendments to the control list.
