Trade in Goods (Control) Order 2003

This is a connection to the HMSO website and the text of the Order which extends controls beyond actual physical exports from the UK to cover trade of military equipment between overseas countries. 

These controls apply to trade in military equipment between overseas countries where any part of the activity takes place in the UK.  More stringent rules apply to certain categories of goods.
