In August 2003 the Government issued a Statutory Consultation which set out some technical adjustments as well as proposals to relax the rules to allow small generators to qualify for ROCs and changes to the rules on co-firing.
In addition, following failures by some suppliers to make their buyout fund payment in time Government launched a Statutory Consultation to allow Late Payments.
