Information for migrant workers

The UK Government is keen to ensure that migrant workers coming to the UK are aware of their employment rights and responsibilities.

We have co-operated with the Portuguese, Polish and Lithuanian Governments on information leaflets for their nationals. These are available from this site.

We have also produced a basic, one page 'Working in the UK: Know your rights and where to get help and advice' leaflet available in Bulgarian, English, Latvian, Lithuanian, Polish, Romanian and Slovakian. See Related Documents.
