Measurement for Emerging Technologies

The Measurement for Emerging Technologies (MET) Programme is a new NMS programme which will develop a measurement infrastructure to focus on emerging technologies key to innovation and productivity.

The primary objective of MET is:

  • To address the measurement requirements of those emerging technologies that will facilitate the introduction of new products and processes, where the UK can be competitive in a global market
