The European Aerosols Dispensers Directive 75/324/EEC (ADD) which deals with the safety of aerosol dispensers, was amended by Commission Directive 2008/47/EC in April 2008. This consultation document seeks your views on how the Department intends to implement these amendments in the UK and your views on our draft Impact Assessment.
