This consultation seeks views on a set of draft Regulations to be made about community interest companies (CICs) under the Companies (Audit, Investigation and Community Enterprise) Bill. We are specifically seeking responses from organisations and individuals on a number of matters that have previously been of interest to the social enterprise sector or where multiple options are being considered.
