Consultation to gain views from industry, consumer bodies and regulators on the emerging European Consumer Credit Directive. The Directive sets out a number of measures to create a European consumer credit market and the document sets out the UK Government's view on the proposed measures and invites responses from stakeholders to inform our negotiation lines.
