Amended Military OGELs now up on website, 12 May

The Department of Trade and Industry has amended a number of  Military Open General Export Licences (OGELs). which came into force on 12 May 2006 and which are now up on the website

The two licences below clarify requirements for exporting technology and extend the lists of permitted destinations:

  • OGEL (Military Components)
  • OGEL (Military Goods: Export After Repair/Replacement under Warranty)

The licence below extends cover to Estonia:

  • OGEL (Military Goods: Export for Exhibition)

The licence below extends cover to Slovenia:

  • OGEL (Military Surplus Vehicles)

The licence below extends cover to include components of reproduction muzzle loaded weapons:

  • OGEL (Historic Military Goods)
