Military OGELs amended, 12 May 2006

The Department of Trade and Industry has amended a number of  Open General Export Licences (OGELs). The details are as follows:

The two licences below have been amended by clarifying the requirements for exporting technology and extending the lists of permitted destinations:

  • OGEL (Military Components)
  • OGEL (Military Goods: Export After Repair/Replacement under Warranty)

The licence below has been amended to extend cover to Estonia:

  • OGEL (Military Goods: Export for Exhibition)

The licence below has been amended to extend cover to Slovenia:

  • OGEL (Military Surplus Vehicles)

The licence below has been amended by extending cover to include components of reproduction muzzle loaded weapons:

  • OGEL (Historic Military Goods)

The amended licences will come into force on 12 May 2006 and will be up on the website on that date.
