Amendment to Council Regulation (EC) NO.1334/2000 November 2007

Amendment to Council Regulation (EC) No.1334/2000

1. An amendment to Council Regulation (EC) No. 1334/2000 (the Principal Regulation), on the control of exports of dual-use items and technology, was adopted on 18th September 2007. The relevant amendment is:

• Council Regulation (EC) No 1183/2007 of 18th September 2007 (OJ, L278, 22.10.2007, p 1).

The amending Regulation, which is directly applicable in all Member States, will come into force on the 30th day following its publication in the Official Journal.

2. The amending Council Regulation (EC) No. 1183/2007, makes a number of changes to Annex I and IV to take into account changes in 2006 resulting from the review of the Wassenaar Arrangement (WA) Dual-use list, Missile Technology Control Regime (MTCR), Australia Group (AG) and Nuclear Supplier Group (NSG) . The principal changes occur in the following entries:
