Dispute Resolution

Dispute Resolution The Act introduced a number of changes to the dispute resolution system. These changes are:
  • The introduction of statutory minimum dismissal and disciplinary and grievance procedures
  • Changes to the law on written statements of employment particulars
  • Alterations to the way unfair dismissals are judged
  • Changes to the procedures used in employment tribunals
