    The seminar "Regionalism vs. Universalism in Global Order" was an initiave by Polish government to create ASEM Diplomatic Academies Network that was proposed in May 2005 in Kyoto during ASEM Foreign Ministers' Meeting. It was attended by 42 participants from various ASEM countries who had the possibility to discuss very recent developments in the world: security issues, role of UN, and WTO negotiations, interfaith and intercultural dialog, as well as the role of universal human rights.
