Forcesline
Forcesline is a free, contracted out service operated by the Soldiers', Sailors' and Airmen's Families Association (SSAFA) on the Army's behalf for soldiers and their families.
Forcesline offers totally confidential, non judgemental, guidance on all personal/welfare issues including sexual harassment, discrimination, bullying, racism, drugs, depression, alcohol, debt, relationship counselling and suicide to the Army community from anywhere in the world. Any vulnerable soldier or family member phoning, writing or emailing the trained civilian support staff of Forcesline receives guidance as to what their options are. The soldier/family member must then make their own decision as to how to progress the issues raised.
The line operates 7 days a week from 1030hrs to 2230hrs (UK time).
