Exercise Steppe Eagle
The exercise involved members of 7 Rifles training in Kazakhstan as part of the NATO Partnership for Peace exercise programme.
Training included mobile patrolling, foot patrolling, vehicle checkpoints, base security and public order training.
It was also a great opportunity to go and conduct live firing on some of the ranges which are very similar to the terrain and arid conditions of Afghanistan.
