Submit your own videos, photos and articles

Without contributions from Judo players throughout the army, this website will be limited to the content a few individuals have the time to create. Examples of items the website needs are action photos and videos, player profiles, instructional videos, match reports, results of competitions or gradings and so on. You can submit your own videos, photos or articles for publication on the website, but please take a few moments to ensure that your content is in a suitable format, i.e.:

Photos

  • If digital should be in JPEG format (i.e. with the file suffix .JPG or .JPEG)
  • If hard copy, please send them with a self addressed and stamped envelope for return.

Videos:

  • Preferably in digital format
  • If already edited (as opposed to raw footage on tape) then small enough to allow download (<5MB)
  • If on Diskette, tape, CD or DVD which you wish returned, please also send a self addressed and stamped padded envelope.

Articles

  • Should be typed and spell checked and submitted soft copy only - i.e. by email, diskette etc.
  • Avoid clever formatting - it will be lost when the article is published on the website.
  • Please ensure your articles are proof read for both grammar and for correctly spelt but inappropriately used words, i.e. there and their, to and too.

  • Finally, please ensure you are the originator of anything you send for publishing, or, if not that you have the express written permission of the author to use the material for publication on this website. If you are not the originator, please forward a copy of the terms of usage as agreed with the owner, and we will of course give credit for anything published.
