Introduction - This explains the Conditions of Service that will apply to you whilst serving in the Army.

Leave - Leave is approved and recorded absence from duty. It is just the same as holiday in a civilian job. The Army, however, has many different types. Find out about it here to make sure you are not losing out!
Healthcare - As a Regular soldier or on FTRS, you are entitled to receive free medical and dental care to a standard at least as high as that in the NHS.
Accommodation - Because of the need to serve anywhere, the Army makes provision for the accommodation of its personnel, both single and married and for dependants.

Resettlement - As a soldier you will receive resettlement advice and information to assist you to prepare for, and find, suitable civilian employment following your Service career.
