The Regimental Association of the Royal Scots Dragoon Guards (Carabiniers & Greys) exists to assist former members of the Regiment and its forebears, their spouses and friends of the Regiment.

The Association has 8 Branches throughout the United Kingdom, including a Musicians' Branch. A number of centrally organised functions are held each year and each regional branch also organises its own events.

Anyone, regardless of age or rank, who has served or is serving in one of the following Regiments is eligible for membership:

The Royal Scots Dragoon Guards
3rd Carabiniers
The Royal Scots Greys
3rd Dragoon Guards (Prince of Wales's)
6th Dragoon Guards (Carabiniers)
25th Dragoons

 Regimental Association Objectives

The objectives of the Regimental Association of the Royal Scots Dragoon Guards are to help:

1.  Maintain the interests of the Regiment and all Memebrs, past and present.

2.  All those who have served in the Regiment to keep in touch through Home Headquarters.

3.  Any former member of the Regiment to fins suitable civilian employment.

4.  Any past member or his widow, who may be in need.  This will include help over funeral expeses, if the need arises.

Membership

Membership is also open to members and former members of Regiments and Corps who have been attached to or served with any of the Regiments listed above, subject to recommendation from the Commanding Officer at the time of their service or discharge.  Widows of members of the Regimental Association will be eligible for Honorary Membership as will anyone deemed by the Executive Committee to be particularly deserving and whom they regard as "a friend of the Regiment".
