PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT AND INVESTOR IN PEOPLE (IIP) POLICY
The Squadron is fully committed to IIP. Self-improvement is a key component of IIP and this Squadron fully supports the belief that all ranks should seek personal advancement through in barrack performance, exercises and internal and external training courses. All ranks are subject to a Mid Year Performance Review and an Annual Confidential Report. You should discuss the courses that you require for promotion and for your work appointment with your Troop Commander. The courses required should be noted down on your interview from then reviewed at the six-month point and annual report. We have a Training Wing who are on hand to provide you with advice on the training and courses best suited and relevant to both your and the unit's needs. |

EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES (EO)
The MOD is an EO employer and this policy is reinforced through Squadron and local EO policy statements that are displayed in the Barracks. Your Equal Opportunities Officer is the Foreman of Signals. |
