AN INVITATION TO THE SECOND ASSOCIATION DINNER ON
13 OCTOBER 2007 AT
FERNDOWN, DORSET


1. The second annual dinner of the 14th Signal Regiment (Electronic Warfare) Association will be held on Saturday 13 October 2007.

2. The venue is the:

Bridge House Hotel,
2 Ringwood Road,
Longham,

3. We start in the bar any time after 1800 hours, sitting down for dinner at 1900 hours.  Dress is jacket and tie.  Wives or partners are welcome.

4. All current and former members of the Regiment are welcome to attend. If you have not yet joined the Regimental Association, you will need to do that at the same time as you register for the dinner.  The details of how to do all that are on the forms attached.

5. The nature of the Regiment demands low level security for this event.  Entry will therefore be by ticket only. Tickets will be sent to you on receipt of your cheque.

6. Mr Paul Cahill, a former member of the Regiment, is the General Manager of the hotel and has kindly offered us excellent rates, below:

    a.    Room, dinner on Saturday and breakfast on the Sunday will cost £55 per person.
    b.    Those who don’t need accommodation, taking dinner only, will pay £25.
    c.    Accomodation is also available at the same rate for Friday and Sunday nights if required.

7. There will be a cash bar.

8. Regimental Ties and other Regimental memorabilia will be on sale during the evening.
