Royal Engineers Arrows ME FITTER (AIR CONDITIONING)

Installs, operates and maintains air conditioning and refrigeration systems
The job of the Fitter (ACR) is to install, maintain and operate both military and civilian static refrigeration, ventilation and air conditioning equipment. Refrigeration is used for storage of food, medicines, blood supplies and corpses. Air conditioning and ventilation is used to maintain a controlled environment in facilities such as communication centres, hospitals and housing. No two jobs are ever likely to be the same and you could find yourself working in a range of locations.
