The Flying Gunners are about to embark on the show season for 2007. This year we have changed our main sponsors and our motorcycles are now supplied by Yamaha UK. The team has taken delivery of, 15 WR250F Enduro bikes which will be used by the main ride and the individual rides. 3 YZ250F Moto-cross bikes which will be used for the car jumps. 1 Raptor 350cc Quad bike and 1 TTR 90 Mini bike which will both be used for the clown act.
Throughout the winter months the team has carried out extensive training both on concrete and grass in order to prepare for the upcoming season. Everyone has had time to adjust to the new bikes and after a few teething problems the display has come together well. Please take a look at the gallery and it will give you an insight of what to look forward to when you see us at a show near you. See you at a show near you soon!

As well as Yamaha UK the Flying Gunners are sponsored by many other organisations which each in their own way help us to stay on the road. This year we have teamed up with Chevrolet and they are providing us with 4 cars to help transport the team around the country and also they are involved in the centre piece of the show when our specialist riders jump over them in the show finale.
We are also sponsored by Wurth, who provide us with all the tools, oils and lubricants to help keep the bikes on the road. Mer, who supply all our cleaning products. Predator Performance Exhausts who supply our exhausts which when you hear them sound awesome! Bloc eyewear who supply our protective eyewear, and Bagnall's Printing who supply our shirts. The "Flying Gunners" are also very proud to be associated with SSAFA a well known forces charity and a big supporter of current and ex armed forces personnel.
The Flying Gunners would like to thank all our sponsors for their support and continued support over the years. If you would like to visit our sponsors' websites then please click on the red highlighted links above.
FLYING GUNNERS 2007 SEASON OVERVIEW
Above is the Flying Gunners at the Isle of Mann TT pictured with world superbike rider "Troy Corser".
2007 has been a very successful year for "The Flying Gunners". We have performed to well over half a million people at different events throughout the country.
There were many highs and a few lows and a particular low for us was the farewell performance at the closure of the home of the Royal Artillery at Woolwich in London. It was also the home of the Flying Gunners for many years and it was a sad day for all involved, ex and serving members of the Royal Artillery alike.
Despite the weather doing its best to get nearly all of our shows cancelled we still managed to put on performances that wowed the crowds up and down the country from as far north as Banchory in Scotland to the Isle of Mann TT to Plymouth on the South West coast of England.
The Isle of Mann TT was probably the biggest highlight of the year for the team as we have not performed there in recent years if ever at all. It marked the centenary year of the TT races and was a spectacular event to be a part of.
We have compiled a gallery of the best moments of the 2007 show season. We would like to thank everyone who has provided us with photographs to use on the website. We hope you have enjoyed seeing our performances throughout the country and we look forward to seeing you again next year. If you would like to see one of our performances please click here and it will take you to a video of our performance at Woolwich 2007. Check out the provisional show list for 2008 to see if we are coming to an event near you this will be updated regularly so keep checking!
