OFFICIAL COMMEMORATIVE SERVICE TO MARK THE END OF THE DEPLOYMENT TO BOSNIA-HERZEGOVINA

More details regarding the forthcoming Commemoration Service which will give thanks to those who served in Bosnia and Herzegovina, particularly those who lost their lives or were injured.

 KEY POINTS

  •  The Service will mark the outstanding contribution made by UK Forces in bringing stability, security and peace to the country. 
  • It will take place at the Armed Forces Memorial, within the National Memorial Arboretum, Alrewas, Staffordshire on Thu 22 May 08 at 1200hrs.
  • 1,000 tickets for the Service are available for veterans of the conflict, and families and friends of those who lost their lives.  

TICKET APPLICATIONS

 

An application form can be downloaded from: http://www.veterans-uk.info/bosnia/bosniapress.htm or by calling the free ticket line on 0800 169 2277. Each successful applicant will receive 2 tickets (subject to availability). The closing date for ticket applications to the Service Personnel and Veterans Agency (SPVA) is Tue 22 Apr 08 and SPVA aims to contact all successful applicants by 2 May 08.
