NOTE:
A representive of the team will make a reconnaissance and asses the show arena. The location of the showground should be forwarded as soon as a firm booking has been made. Where possible a sketch plan of the arena is requested. The team has a large amount of equipment and a suitable admin area will be required to accommodate it, an area of 70 x 60ft is sufficient.
The team reserve the right to alter any details at there discretion!!
