These are the Badges of Rank awarded to a Warrant Officer (Class 2)
Notice there are two types; the one on the right is worn by Squadron Sergeant Majors (SSM's) and the one on the left is worn by the Regimental Quartermaster Sergeant (RQMS) and the Regimental Quartermaster Sergeant Technical (RQMS(T)).  The RQMS and the RQMS(T) are the senior appointments
